The Owners       

Chef Adam Olson has fond memories of his father making the family pancakes on frosty winter mornings. This family ritual may have been at the heart of his inspiration for becoming a chef.
Classically trained he is comfortable with numerous fine cusines, yet enjoys the beautiful simplicity of Shaker dishes.  Working with local farmers and producers is especially important to Chef Olson.
You may find glorious heirloom tomatos beside wood smoked meats and cheeses or a delightful hint of locally produced maple syrup from trees just on down the road.  No matter what you are in the mood for, there is a dish for you.

 

Robert Adams has been a mainstay in the resturant business his entire career. He will make sure your dining experience is not only memorable but filled with an abundance of good cheer as well. Perfect candlelight and ambience will enhance your Shaker Village visit with a lovely authenticity the Shakers themselves would have enjoyed. You will be welcomed as family and will want to visit often.
